Jensen Law - Criminal Law Office in Kelowna BC

Jensen Law has a proud tradition of serving clients in Kelowna and the greater Okanagan. The late Peter Jensen made Kelowna part of his service area back in the 1960s, and since then members of the Jensen law team have conducted countless trials in the Orchard City. We have successfully represented clients on charges ranging from Impaired Driving to Murder and Manslaughter. We have also represented clients in the Okanagan on Drug Trafficking charges, Assaults, Robbery, Theft, Break and Enter and other property crimes.

Jensen Law approaches every case with the objective of achieving the best possible result for our clients. But regardless of the gravity and complexity of your case, you can rest assured that we will be diligent in seeking out defences, both technical and factual, and will fearlessly defend you until every stone has been unturned.

Jensen Law does not charge our clients by the hour; we will offer you a flat fee-for- service rate at the outset so that you know exactly what our defence services will cost. At the same time, we will not charge our clients more for the cost of travel. Our practice has been strengthened by appearing before judges in every region of the Province. We also take cases in Alberta and across Canada. Members of our team have also argued cases before the British Columbia Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. Wherever you need us, we will come to you!

Here is what others have to say(testimonails)!

“To Jeremy Jensen – “Still Speechless” – Our most sincere thankful thoughts can never be matched with words. We are all just humbled by your efforts, and I can’t even think of the court case – I just smile. Our son is shy, humbled and overwhelmed with relief – he too, just smiles! I haven’t seen that in him in a long time. Bless you for all you have done for our family.”

“Dear Jay: Thanks for working so hard for our son. I was so worried about him being in jail because as you know with his challenges he just shouldn’t be there. I am so pleased that you were able to get him a sentence in a treatment centre which is obviously what he needs. He also asked me to pass along his thanks. He’s doing much better now, although he knows there’s still a lot of work for him to do to get back to where he was at before all this started. Thanks so much Jay, you’re going to be a great lawyer!”
